Ingredients
  • 1 banana - frozen and chopped
  • 1/2 cup strawberries - frozen or fresh
  • 1-2 pieces of Weet-Bix
  • 1 cup of milk of choice
  • Additional extras of choice such as almonds, chia seeds, scoop of protein powder, other berries
Method
  1. Place all ingredients into blender and mix until smooth.
