Customisation
- Email us at info@runfastergear.com.au if you would like to add personalisation.
- Embroidery is approx 2-3 weeks processing time before shipping
- Please note custom embroidery option is for text or letters only - in a colour of your choice.
- Personalisation is $20 extra (per name) on top of the bag cost (which includes RF logo already)
- RF Logo embroidery on one side is in white only & custom embroidery is on the opposite side. Colour selection is for the custom embroidery only not for the RF Logo.
- Name sizes may vary depending on how many characters are used. Please keep in mind the embroidery position is only between the handles as shown in the mock-up.
- Customisation can only be adjusted within the same business day of ordering, changes after this cannot be done unfortunately.
- No returns accepted on customised items.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your gear so if you’re not 100% happy with your purchase you can return it for a full refund or exchange (subject to availability) within 60 days for full priced gear. Items on sale will be issued a credit (that won't expire) or an exchange.
