Tell us a bit about you.
They call me the Smiley Runner. I love my super bright colours, animals, outdoors, tattoos and walking my puppers.
What keeps you fit and active?
Goals and motivation to reach those fitness goals, run a marathon or 30km trail. Being fit and active is also part of my daily happy living.
Do you have any tips to share to help with motivation and accountability?
Set yourself small gradual goals, train with someone else, especially on a long run day and most importantly pick an exercise that makes you HAPPY!
What's your favourite RunFaster print and/or style?
This is the hardest question ever!!! But I do love the Hendrix, Maze Runner, Pandemonium, the new Funky Town and well all RunFaster tights actually - haha!
Any other stories or comments?
I would like to add I am so grateful to be a RunFaster ambassador. The lovely Caitlin picked me 3 years ago and I have never looked back since. RunFaster has brought together so many amazing, beautiful, inspiring women that I’ve had the pleasure to get to know over the past 3 years. It’s also been amazing watching Caitlin grow RunFaster into an amazing business that includes women of all ages, sizes and fitness levels. Hopefully I have many more years ahead to meet more amazing women in the RunFaster community.
