- 2 bananas
- 1 tbs smooth peanut butter
- 1/2 cup of dark chocolate chips
- Handful of peanuts, chopped
- Popsicle sticks
- Prepare a tray with baking paper.
- Cut the bananas into four pieces each.
- Place the bananas on the prepared tray.
- Place popsicle sticks into the bananas.
- Soften the peanut butter by placing it in the microwave for about 30 seconds.
- Drizzle the peanut butter over the banana pieces.
- Melt the dark chocolate chips and mix.
- Drizzle the chocolate over the peanut butter and bananas.
- Sprinkle some chopped peanuts on top.
- Place tray in freezer.
- Keep in freezer for a few hours.
