I'm a 12D and bought the M seeking a firm and restrictive fit. It doesn't hold me in as well as I'd have liked for running. I haven't tried other crops in the RF fabric lines to compare to, and at this point, I'm not sure I will. Would be suitable for a yoga sesh or stretch but not high impact.

Thanks so much for the feedback. We would consider this sports bra a low to medium impact as this fabric is quite stretchy it's difficult to do a high impact sports bra. We would recommend trying our thicker more compressive fabrics if you're after a a high impact compressive fit. The Dynamic bra in our perform fabric is our most supportive style, or The Racerback or Matrix in our signature fabric is usually quite supportive too :) You are welcome to exchange for one of these options if you like would like to try if you still have the tags attached, just let us know :)

This was recommended for bigger-busted girlies in a few facebook groups, but I didn't really enjoy the fit and style. I still had a bit of bounce but my boobs were also squished down into a dreaded uniboob look rather than evenly compressed and locked in place. Will keep this aside for low impact activities.

Thank you so much for the feedback and sorry to hear this one wasnt quite right for you, everyone is a little different. Did you try it without the padding? We find some ladies prefer to remove this to get a bit more cup space for bigger breasts to make them sit a bit more comfortably and less squished.

The material is perfect, thick but not too thick, the bands are wide and the bra is supportive.
